The redevelopment of what is known as Lower Main Street in Topsham is the site of the Gateway Office and Business Center. The tightly constrained site challenged us to develop a plan that maximized its use while providing maximum parking and visibility. Working closely with the developer as well as the oversight of the Mill Complex’s development team we detailed the building to capture the flavor of buildings of the past, while providing the latest in office space planning for the proposed occupants.

Several large conference spaces are utilized by tenant and community groups on a frequent basis and the current financial tenant along with a wide range of office tenants are afforded spectacular views of the Androscoggin River and the upriver dam and falls, as well as the historic Bowdoin Mill complex directly across the road.
