With the Yacht Clubs magnificent westerly views over Harpswell Sound and its long history as a part of the “Island” boating community, Normand Associates Architects was given the opportunity to bring the 100 year old club into the 21 century.
The resulting club with its large function space, expansive deck along the water side as well and a full kitchen and meeting room now provides a cost effective structure that will continue the leisurely summer enjoyment of the many boaters well into the 21st century.
