Conceptual work for this 45 unit Assisted Living facility was a long and arduous process undertaken and ultimately successful in bringing this project through the Planning Board approval process. Our use of photo-realistic rendering superimposed over digital photography of the site allowed a reluctant neighborhood group to eventually embrace the concept and at the last meeting stand up and advocate for passage. This technology was utilized from several vantage points to show what the finished project would look like and the impact on the neighbor’s views.

The project, as far as this office is concerned is on hold due to critical financial and operational barriers that continue to delay what is a much needed project for not only the existing assisted living facility but the greater community as well.
