Designing a major renovation and being able to keep the school operational throughout the construction process posed major challenges during the renovation of this 90,000 sf. K through 12 open plan school. With all grades and very few walls the facility lacked the very essence of structure.

Our plan added 8,000 sf. of new classrooms as well as walls, doors and corridors, allowing for growth in the school and new program space. Working closely with the in-house superintendent and numerous State Agencies we successfully completed the project while not sacrificing valuable educational time.
