As we designed this small dental facility the underlying intent was to bring nature into the clinic to help put each patient in a more relaxed state of mind. The owner a ardent outdoors person chose the site overlooking the Androscoggin River with that purpose specifically in mind. The dental clinic is located in the Lower Village area of Topsham on the edge of a very deep and rustic ravine. The site was complicated in that over the years that portion of the ravine had been used as a fill area for many heavy road projects leaving us with a complex structural foundation design.

Completed in 2006, this new facility is truly patient friendly and incorporates efficient design, a visible location and an open plan that is both light, airy and a pleasure to practice dentistry in. Our design has been a success in helping make a visit to the dentist a pleasurable experience, not one to put off.
