A vibrant and growing congregation faced with a dilemma not unusual with churches today, can we expand on our existing site or are we going to be forced to move? After retaining us there was much discussion and it was decided that to stay in their present location and attempt to obtain a zoning variance that would allow them to expand their existing facility was the best option.

Normand Associates spearheaded what was eventually a very successful process. Plans and renderings were completed depicting the proposed expansion and a successful presentation was made and unanimously approved by the Planning Board.

Today the completed facility is being used not only for weekly services but as a central meeting and presentation site for the entire community as well as the adjacent hospital that the church is affiliated with.
